Katie is fully trained and accredited to deliver a range of personality profiling tools to assist individuals and organisations with their personal and corporate development, communications, team building and leadership expertise.

Her corporate clients include: Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, AXA, The Metropolitan Police, Atkins Global, Oxford University, The Foreign Office, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Willis and AIG to name a few. Katie is also a guest lecturer at Warwick Business School on their MBA programme.

Katie has appeared many times on National Radio both in the UK and the US, she has appeared on TV in Canada and Dubai speaking about women in the boardroom, and had articles featured in many business publications across the World. She is also a regular blogger for The Huffington Post and hosts her own Business Problem Page for Kent Life Magazine.

Whilst at The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Katie delivered training at the Induction Programme, and delivered personal development and leadership skills training to women of the Bank from all countries of operation. She also headed up the Task Force on Gender Diversity and led a working group on internal communication strategies.

Whilst at Business in the Community, Katie worked directly with 40 organisations from the public sector and FTSE 250 on their gender diversity and corporate social responsibility. She also set up and ran a UK/US Focus Group on Corporate Social Responsibility.
